Shirts are the timeless pieces I’d love to take time before purchasing, I love to invest in them because they never go out of style. For a smart-casual take, wear with free or straight-leg jeans or pants and loafers. It’s such a closet staple in everyone’s wardrobe.

A shirt is not the most thrilling item to purchase, however, it’s the most versatile basic to own in your wardrobe. I’m sure we all have different types and colours of a shirt in our wardrobes but do neglect them most times, scroll down to see many creative ways you can wear them more.

 

Look 1: Break the rule

Having one of those days where you don’t feel like putting on a silk shirt the normal way you can, break the rule by going all out. Fold the collar of the shirt inside and cross inform of a wrap dress and tuck in side by side.

Tie to the front. A simple change would instantly dress up the look.

In today’s outfit, I decided to work with a purple silk shirt and pink tailored pants hence, I opted for the colour of shoes similar to that of the pants which were previously styled here.
