Beret is the most famous cliche symbol about Parisians apart from a neck scarf, which is actually not true, wearing a beret in Paris, most people will probably recognize you as a tourist. Its more of a tourist’s idea in Paris than the actual Parisians.
A total Parisian look is more than wearing a beret , your upper & lower wear are involved .
Learn to: – Stick to neutrals. – Shoes: women mostly wear flats especially ballerina or you can wear lower high heels, leather shoes but not wedge or spiked heels or sneakers .
– keep the accessories to a minimal to accomplish the look. – Keep covered, don’t show too much skin . – Dress up : be confident and proud of how you look. – Add a red lipstick (if you want to). Amour, Victory.
